24/25 Audition Opportunities

Heist Quest

WHEN:

Thursday (9/5) from 6-8pm and Saturday (9/5) from 10am-noon

WHERE:

hollingsworth hall cultural center (4228 Boston Ave)

WHO?

Students ages 8-18 may audition for acting parts.

Students 6th grade and up may interview for crew positions.

WHAT TO PREPARE:

Nothing. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script (provided).

REHEARSALS:

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-8pm and Saturdays from 10am-noon.

Rehearsals begin with the readthrough (ALL CAST AND CREW REQUIRED) on September 10th.

TECH WEEK:

October 13-17 from 6-9pm (ALL CAST AND CREW ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND)

PERFORMANCE DATES:

October 18-20 & 25-27 (Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:30pm.

Sunday matinees are at 2:00pm.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Rehearsals generally last for 6 weeks, so please bring a list of scheduling conflicts with you to auditions.

  • If you are cast in the show, you will be given a rehearsal schedule.

  • Not every cast and crew member will be called to every rehearsal.

  • If you would like to learn more about the show, please check out our Current Season page.

  • Anyone can audition, but if you are selected for the cast or crew, you must become a YAGL member.

How to Enchant a Bookshop
